SashimiCMS

SashimiCMS is an XML and XSLT based, developer oriented content management system (CMS). It was originally written to make management of content in a static hosting environment easier, though could easily be used for any scripted language such as ASP, ASP.NET (with only inline code), JSP and PHP.

SashimiCMS is aimed towards developers as it doesn't provide any user interface or pretty tools for content authors. You are required to get dirty with the code to make SashimiCMS work...although out of the box the most you need to know is a little XML and basic (X)HTML.
